Our Screen Printing Pricing Guide gives you a clear breakdown of costs based on quantity, number of ink colors, and print locations, so you can plan your project with confidence. Whether you’re ordering a few tees for your crew or a few hundred for your event, you’ll find transparent, scalable pricing that fits your needs.

All printing is done in-house on our professional ROQ automatic presses using high-quality inks. We offer a wide selection of blanks—including Gildan, District, Bella+Canvas, Comfort Colors, and more—so you can choose the right fit and feel for your project. Add-ons like sleeve prints, inside tags, or specialty finishes (like puff or metallic ink) are easy to quote, too.

GARMENT NOT INCLUDED; PRICES BELOW ARE FOR ONE PRINT LOCATION

SET UP FEES AND GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING FEES:

  • Minimum Quantity is 12 pieces.
  • Prices above are for one print location.
  • Dark Colors may require an under base. An under base is priced as an additional color.
  • Screen Printing uses 1 screen for each color. Screen Print set up fee is $20 each screen.
  • Thicker garments such as fleece and outerwear require more time and materials on press and will be charged and additional $1 per garment.
  • Artwork must be provided print ready. Vector EPS/AI/PDF (If your artwork is not print ready, there will be a minimum $30 art fee applied. Two free revisions included, after that each revision is $15.
  • Ink Colors must stay the same within an order to avoid wash out fee’s. Add $10 per screen per ink color change.
  • 100% Payment required on all orders in advance; please let us know up front if paying through a PO.
  • Standard lead time is 10 business days from approval of artwork, acceptance of estimate and receipt of deposit.
  • Rush printing is available depending on our current production schedule. Rush printing incurs a 30% increase to total cost of order.
  • Specialty Inks such as glitter and metallic increase price by .25 cents per print.
  • Pantone matching is $10 per color.
  • Fundraising and Spirit Stores available on request. Cost of item may be slightly higher due to processing fees.
